The CJL’s purpose is to connect and inspire Jews about the beauty and joy of Jewish experience and the richness of our common heritage.
Purpose
The CJL’s mission is to provide great content, great atmospheres and great venues that will attract and connect Jews who might otherwise not have access to authentic, joyful, challenging and meaningful Jewish experiences.
The CJL’s is inspired by and dedicated to the Lubavitcher Rebbe of blessed memory.
People
The CJL, created by and for Jews across the social, geographical and religious spectrum, is deeply grateful to the dozens of approachable, committed and helpful individuals, without whom, we would not be the success we are today.
An engaging and constructive programme of social, educational and business events is testimony to their determination and our shared belief that every Jew has a uniquely productive role to play and that when Jews connect, beautiful things are possible.
The management team are led by colourful and charismatic brothers Rabbi Yosef and Rabbi Mendy Vogel with Rachel Rosenbaum as the tireless lynchpin event co-ordinator.

Facilities
With full presentation facilities and multi-line conference phone, our intimate boardroom, which accommodates up to 10, is ideal for any type of meeting.
Our beautifully appointed large function room can accommodate 250 guests for a cocktail party, and 120 for a sit-down meal. Equipped with a top-of-the-range sound system as well as Plasma TVs, which can be tuned to show video or Power point presentations, function and form find the perfect blend at the CJL!
Place
Located in the heart of the West End, CJL offers individuals and organisations a unique and flexible space, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. Welcoming staff compliment the beautiful open spaces and high ceilings that comprise an extremely attractive interior.
Media House, 4 Stratford Place, just off Oxford Street, is situated one minute’s walk from Bond Street tube station with free on-street parking after 6:30pm.
By Underground: The nearest tube station is Bond Street (1 minute walk).
Parking: Free on-street parking is available on Stratford Place and neighbouring streets after 6:30pm. Meter bays available throughout the day.

Open Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 5:00pm. If you want to pop in or hang out, just turn up. There's delicious steaming cappuccino and espresso, gourmet sandwiches, salads, soft drinks, cakes and snacks and all the space you need to unwind or catch up - with friends or email. Free WIFI, Bloomberg terminal and internet access available.
Minyan for Mincha
Open Monday to Thursday 1:45pm - 2:00pm. Make it to Mincha, in the perfect place for afternoon prayers.
CJL Business Lounge
Open Monday to Thursday 9:30 - 5:00pm and Friday 11:00am - 2:00pm. Our modern business lounge is extremely comfortable and highly conducive for holding informal business meetings or quiet reading. So pop in and feel at ease at London's premier Jewish business venue.
CJL Library
Open Monday to Thursday 9:30 - 5:00pm. The CJL library is home to approx. 2,000 volumes of Judaica. It comprises both classic and modern texts covering a wide variety of subjects. Whether you are looking to browse, prepare for a class, pursue research, looking for a Dvar Torah, or following up a reference, the CJL library in the heart of the West End is just for you. WiFi internet access and laptops are also available.
